Who We Are

Re-Founded in 2021, the Montana Bail Agents Association (MTBAA) arose from a shared vision of a group of dedicated bail surety agents who saw the need for a united front in Montana's evolving legal landscape. Recognizing the challenges faced by bondsmen statewide, they aimed to provide a platform for training, advocacy, and professional development.

In its early years, MTBAA focused on establishing training programs and building relationships with state agencies. This foundation paved the way for the Association's role as a key stakeholder in shaping regulations and standards for Montana's bail industry.

With the dawn of the new millennium, the Association expanded its outreach, organizing annual conferences, workshops, and fostering a sense of community among bail agents. Their efforts contributed significantly to raising the bar for professionalism and service quality in the bail bond sector.

Today, led by a member-elected board, the MTBAA stands as a beacon of unity, excellence, and empowerment for bondsmen across Montana. As the state's bail industry continues to evolve, the Association remains steadfast in its commitment to championing its members and setting the gold standard in bail services.
