The President of the Montana Bail Agents Association (MTBAA) serves as the chief executive officer of the organization and is responsible for overseeing the overall functioning and governance of the association. The Vice President of the Montana Bail Agents Association (MTBAA) plays a crucial role in supporting the President in overseeing the association's operations and initiatives. In the President's absence, the Vice President assumes the responsibilities of leading the Board of Directors and representing MTBAA in external engagements. Serving in a dual capacity, the Treasurer/Secretary of the Montana Bail Agents Association (MTBAA) is integral to both the financial health and administrative efficiency of our organization. As Treasurer, they oversee the association's financial activities, ensuring transparency and fiscal responsibility. This includes budgeting, financial reporting, and guiding the Board of Directors in financial decisions. As Secretary, they are responsible for the documentation and record-keeping of the association, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and official filings. Their meticulous attention to detail ensures that MTBAA operates in accordance with legal requirements and established governance policies.
